Do you use a tablet in your digital drawings?
Yes. I use an intous 3 graphics tablet by wacom, to be exact. Tablets do not make you a better artist, however. I know many people who do better with a mouse!
Did you design this site yourself?
Yes I did. I've been coding for a long time. So site design is one of my hobbies!
Will you design my site?
No. I do not have the time to design sites on request. I only do site design for friends who are serious about owning and maintaining a website.
What if I paid you?
Currently, I am not doing paid web design. However, this may change in the future.
Do you do drawing request/trades/commissions?
I do not take request from people I do not know. I might do an art trade if I have time and if you're about my level of skill. Like paid design, I am not currently doing commissions, though this may change in the future.

Unfortunately, that would depend on how much time I have and if your community is any good. It just depends.
How did you learn HTML/CSS?
A lot of reading, experimentation and failure. Rome wasn't built in a day and it took me 4 years to learn how to code a site well. It's not that hard but you must have patience. Look up some good tutorials and you'll be coding well in no time.
